The Tick vs. Youth

I don't have much information about The Tick Vs. Youth, but I'm told it involved The Terror and some fountain of youth situation where he gets young and virile again so the Tick is fighting him at full strength for the first time. One fun flashback that was planned was a trip to the turn of the century, where we see a very young terror in a chase with Teddy Roosevelt hot on his tail.
