I do have a copy of this one. I have the Omnibus trade-paperbacks for
the whole Heroes of the City series but they really don't scan very
well so I haven't formally reviewed these yet. This comic consists of
3 separate stories; "Got Milk" starring Arthur, "Rules
Are for State College Grads" starring The Tick, and "Gadgets
Make the Girl" starring Myndi.
