Yes,
I do have a copy of this one. I have the Omnibus trade-paperbacks for
the whole Heroes of the City series but they really don't scan very
well so I haven't formally reviewed these yet. This comic consists of
4 separate stories; "Prologue", "A Funny Thing Happened
on the Way to the Crab King" starring Arthur, "Everybody Into
the Pool! Wait, Not You" starring The Tick, and Myndi, The Pompon
Protector. About the best thing in this comic is seeing Tick try to
cope with life as a sidekick.
