The
Tick vs. Dinosaur Neil
|
The
Tick vs. Dinosaur Neil is a classic episode that provides much
of the footage used in the opening credits of the show, including
The Tick rescueing Arthur
from Neil's mustache
and The Tick wrestling Neil's tongue. The whole problem is caused
by Neil accidentally eating some dinosaur DNA he was trying to
grow into a dinosaur (quote Neil "I saw it in a movie!").
After eating the sample, Neil grows into a 180 ton dinosaur and
terrorizes The City until Arthur discovers his hidden weakness...
This
episode also features some great dialog when Dot comes to visit
The Tick and Arthur. Initially, Dot doesn't approve of Arthur's
new superheroic lifestyle, but after she sees Arthur and Tick
save The City from Neil, she relents (and gets chummy with the
rehumanized Neil to boot...)
