This episode is funny, but not one of the best. The Tick and Arthur are appearing on HEROES, a COPS style TV show that chronicles superheroes. Fortunately, they manage to run into The Deadly Bulb (Pigleg) and so there is some good footage for the show.

Probably the most entertaining thing in this episode is the Tick being used as a giant lightbulb filament. He thinks he is a new star and tries to warm the solar system while Arthur flutters around (moths around a lightbulb...). Of course, American Maid shows up to save everyone, and The Tick has to come to grips with the idea that he's not really a star after all...

We get a lot of special crime information here...usually around 6 and again at 10.
